Rain

I must have been dead to the world last night, and had much difficulty peeling myself out of bed this morning. As I walked out of the apartment, I realised that the entire ground was all wet, the sky a little dreary, accompanied by a light breeze. It must have been raining quite a bit and I didn't even wake up from it. It did look like some hard rain there!

For some reason though, the wet grround, the dreary sky and the light breeze lifted my mood. It made me smile the moment the gentle breeze brushed against my face as I looked out to the world ahead of me. It was a nice walk to the office.
