Never knew that a wake boarding park actually existed in Thailand! Thanks to Mars, our OCD wake-board enthusiast,we discovered that such a place existed. The Thai Wake Park is really located out in the sticks, surrounded by canals and padi feels. Unless you are part of the wake board community, you would never know of its existence. It took us more than a 3-hour drive to find the place! But, if you know how to get there, it is only less than an hour away from downtown Bangkok.
The entire hoolaboolaas about wake-boarding is not really my element, but I was just happy to be able to hang out and watch other people wake-board. I must say that it is quite a cool place. However, non-wake boarders would certainly look out of place if the purpose is just to chill. I suppose it helps that we were essentially just tagging along with Mars and Silver Bullet certainly had a field day in honing his photography skills.
