Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis

There's something about Nasi Goreng Ikan Bilis (aka fried Rice with Anchovies), I tell you! It's a simple dish to make, yet so satisfying. A taste only fellow Singaporeans can understand and appreciate. A dish Silver Bullet loves to hate..hee..hee!


The only reason I'm making it is because he is not around to nag at me as to how smelly the anchovies are when I throw them into the pan. I relish my ikan bilis-ses. It's one of my comfort food and I think I made enough to last me for 3 days! Lovely.
