Ispahan

The cup may have looked a tad funny, but the home-made Ispahan Sorbet is so heavenly refreshing that we want to tarpao more home. Unfortnately, this tiny shop somewhere at Paragon does not cater for take-homes...which is a darn shame.

I have no clue what "Ispahan" really means or why the fancy name for a sorbet. But I do know they are of lychee flavour, and apparently made from real lychees. Whatever it is, it is really good stuff. Just perfect for a hot, hot afternoon!
