Nachos

A bunch of nacho chips topped with chopped fresh tomatoes, shitake mushroom, some parsley layered with generous layer of Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, all chucked into the oven for a quick snack.

This is so, so good when served piping hot, especially when you are feeling peckish.
