My brains really do hurt trying to figure out what "ancient Thai coffee is applied" means. The scary thing is that though, I think I know what it means - probably a method of brewing and straining coffee done in a traditional way of using socks-strainers.
Or at least, I think so; I can't be sure!
My head still hurts trying to understand what I read.
